Contraindication
Breathwork leads to physiological changes in the body and can result in intense physical and emotional relaxation. Therefore, this work is not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with cardiovascular issues, stroke, epilepsy, clinical anxiety disorders, high internal eye pressure, a diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or severe psychosis, or those with recent surgeries or upper body fractures.
(Exceptions can be made if the participant has a mutually signed agreement with the instructor).
